Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment & Leadership
- Champion Creox’s Vision, Mission, and Company Goals through disciplined project execution and cross-functional leadership.
- Work in a R&D environment, managing design and development of new products in working with management to meet the milestones agreed.
- Interface and managed Vendors, ODMs, and CM partners for component sourcing and production activities meeting lead time and launch target milestones.
- Interface with Creox Sales or customer on RFQ, and to define scope of work together with key team members.
- Participate in technology brain-storming forum or/and product road mapping.
- Program & Project Delivery
- Lead global, cross-functional teams to develop and deliver new Server and Networking Switch products from concept to customer launch.
- Accountable in managing suppliers and cross functional teams for program execution. Ensuring timely program status update to internal and external stake holders.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables, ensuring each milestone is achieved on time and within budget.
- Own and maintain the project plan, coordinating design, cost, safety, reliability, and performance reviews.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure program continuity and success.
- Product Lifecycle & Cost Competitiveness
- Drive the full product lifecycle — concept, design validation, pilot, ramp-up, and mass production.
- Ensure products meet Creox’s standards for quality, safety, and performance.
- Manage cost competitiveness through design optimization, vendor collaboration, and value engineering.
- Initiate engineering change control (ECO) processes and manage product revisions.
- Customer & Stakeholder Satisfaction
- Work closely with internal and external customers to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, transparency, and reliable product delivery.
- Lead product introduction, feedback collection, and continuous improvement efforts post-launch.
- Governance, Reporting & Control
- Monitor key program KPIs: schedule adherence, cost control, quality metrics, and customer feedback.
- Present regular project status reports to executive management and drive accountability across teams.
- Ensure full compliance with Creox’s internal policies for safety, ethics, finance, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management within Enterprise Equipment, Computing Systems with integrated hardware and software.
- Proven success leading end-to-end product delivery — from concept through design, manufacturing, and launch.
- Experience managing multi-site, global teams and collaborating with ODM/OEM partners.
- Excellent command of project management tools
